How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Terapiku account data, connected integration data, and related personal information by contacting us directly.

What We Delete
After verifying account ownership, we will delete or disable normal access to data associated with your account, including:
- Account profile data and business settings
- Booking, customer, CRM, and conversation records where deletion is legally and operationally allowed
- Connected Google Calendar tokens
- Connected Meta and WhatsApp Business credentials, WABA references, phone number IDs, webhook records, and message logs where deletion is legally and operationally allowed
Ads Studio and Facebook Advertising Data
Terapiku is operated by Matin Therapy Center. To request Ads Studio deletion, provide your Terapiku account email and specify whether the request covers the Meta connection, saved account and Page selections, conversation and tool-result history, action records, generated gallery assets, or the entire account. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
Archiving a conversation retains its records. Permanent conversation deletion removes its messages, tool results and action records from the active database. Generated gallery images and AI credit records are stored separately, so conversation deletion does not remove them. Ask support to include retained conversations and generated files in your deletion request. Applicable accounting, security and backup retention exceptions are explained below.
You may remove Terapiku's authorization in your Facebook Business Integrations settings. This can also affect other Terapiku features using the same Meta connection. Removing authorization does not erase previously stored Terapiku records; request their deletion separately.
Deleting Terapiku data or disconnecting Meta does not delete or pause campaigns already created in Meta. Manage those campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. Meta and AI providers handle data already processed by their services under their own terms.
Retention Limits
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, backup recovery, or compliance reasons. Backup copies are removed according to our backup retention process.
Processing Time
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests as soon as possible and complete eligible deletion within a reasonable period after ownership verification.
